Ralph M. Goldstein

As an active attorney for more than 50 years in the Peninsula area, Ralph has practiced in many areas of the law, and worked with a wide variety of individuals, business owners, and local government entities.  Ralph’s practice focuses on real estate, where he uses his years of experience to negotiate real estate transactions and assist in developing subdivisions, multi-family residential projects with low income housing tax credits, and mixed-use developments.  He offers his services to clients with the purchase of a new home as well as with varied personal matters.

Ralph’s grandparents immigrated to the United States in the early 1900’s and eventually settled in Hampton, Virginia.  Being unfamiliar with the law, from time to time they would need advice about running their small business or buying a house or other property.  Ralph remembers hearing his grandfather speak graciously about the good legal advice he received from trustworthy and hard-working attorneys.  With that in mind, Ralph has always taken great pride in providing assistance to his clients which further enables them to achieve their accomplishments.
