Katharine J. Westfall
Katharine Westfall is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Business Law and Real Estate practice groups. She assists clients with a range of civil litigation and transactional matters. Katharine is admitted to practice in Virginia.
Katharine was raised in Washington, D.C. and Alexandria, Virginia and attended Princeton University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in English. She subsequently earned her Juris Doctor from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary. During her time at William & Mary, Katharine served as a Fellow in the law school’s Legal Practice Program and as Executive Articles Editor of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal. She was awarded the Thomas Jefferson Prize for her student Note, which was selected for publication.
