Blair M. Mathias
Blair M. Mathias is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Business Law and Employment Law practice groups. Blair is committed to serving our clients and our community by providing excellent service and effective solutions when legal issues arise through litigation or in a transactional context.
Blair was raised in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. She attended Bucknell University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish. Blair then received her Master’s degree in International Affairs from Penn State University, and, subsequently, she earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law.
During law school, Blair won the Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition, representing Richmond Law at the 2015 Regional Competition, and she served as the Publications Editor for the Public Interest Law Review. Blair also speaks Spanish, and she worked as a translator for the Community Tax Law Project throughout her second and third years of law school. In 2017, Blair received the “Harry L. Carrico Pro Bono and Public Service Award” for completing over 180 hours of law-related volunteer work. Blair believes in the importance of public service, and continues to advocate on behalf of our clients and the underrepresented.
