Berkley D. Foltz
Berkley Foltz is a member of the firm’s Estate Planning & Taxation, Family Law, Litigation and Workers’ Compensation practice groups. She assists clients in estate planning needs and specializes in helping clients obtain guardianships and conservatorships. Berkley also focuses her practice on domestic relations matters and is a qualified Guardian ad Litem for children. Berkley is admitted to practice in both Virginia and federal courts.
Berkley was raised in Newport News, Virginia and is proud to practice law in her hometown. She left the state to attend Centre College in Kentucky where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion. Following college, Berkley returned to Virginia and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law. While in law school, Berkley gained invaluable experience participating in the Family Law Clinic where she was able to serve clients with domestic relations matters in the City of Richmond and surrounding counties.
